First – My Professional Bio

I am a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in Success Coaching.  I am the Founder and CEO of Co-Creative Coaching, LLC and LovePetz, LLC as well as a Partner of The Jack Lee Group.  I am also an author and animal advocate.  I am noted for sharing the philosophies and principles that are the core of my success. I have developed my tools of success support through a culmination over the past 30 years in management, securities and real estate, with formal education and training from Ferris State University, the University of Phoenix and the Coach Training Alliance.  I maintain Certification as a Professional Coach, hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Psychology.  I have obtained numerous licenses, certifications and designations. I am a firm believer that the continued pursuit of knowledge and understanding is crucial for personal and professional development as well as overall health and wellbeing.

I am also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF),  the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) amongst others.

My mission statement is to “help other people better their own lives,” which is realized through optimization of one’s potential, to discover one’s purpose, and achieve success.

Next – My Story

I was born near Detroit Michigan, but was lucky enough to move to Big Rapids Michigan while still in elementary school. There I discovered my best friend, Heidi, and the Circle W Ranch at age eight. I attribute my strong work ethic and huge appetite to the wonderful time spent at ”The Ranch.” It was at the Ranch that I was able to develop my love and compassion for all, especially animals.  At The Ranch, I was also given a great foundation to build upon to face the fear and challenges that my own life journey presented to me.  Suffice it to say, I was a rather awkward female looking everywhere but inside myself to find the love and courage to pursue my OWN dreams. I have had great successes and fantastic failures in my personal and professional life which has provided incredible character- building learning experiences.  Now I am able and honored to help others achieve their own dreams

Animals have always played an important role in my life and they still do today. I use their life and love lessons in my writing and teaching and always have at least a couple of rescue dogs living with me at all times. I support my favorite charitable organizations including the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the Tri-County Humane Society (TCHS) and Children, Hope and Horses (CHH.) Part of the proceeds from all of my work, are donated to these and other “pet” causes.
