You Don’t NEED Me – You Can Be Your Own Coach – The Three “C’s” of Success!

Browsing in my favorite book store, I bumped into another patron – literally. After I apologized profusely – we struck up a conversation. When she asked me about what I do and I told her about my Coaching, she looked me straight in the eye and said,

“Why would anyone PAY for a coach? When I want to do something, I just do it!”

Of course, I told her that was wonderful and everyone should be so confident and courageous – and I really meant it.

I have thought about that incident a great deal since then. And I still believe she is absolutely correct. We can all do whatever we really want to do without the help and support of a coach. We can be our own coach.  I know you really don’t NEED me. There are people out there that are able to make a plan and execute it in the tenacious spirit required to succeed.

So, in the spirit of helping you get started along your path to greatness, I will give you some simple steps.

3 Cs to SuCCess

1. DeCide – List out your options and make a deCision.
2. ACt – Start a plan and take aCtion as soon as possible.
3. Commit – Make a Commitment. Keep going until you succeed.

So there you have it…all you need to succeed. I said it was simple, not easy. But I know you can do it!!
