A  convenient time at your place of comfort or via teletherapy and unconditional acceptance is what you or your loved-one will experience when working with us. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing space to heal. My canine co-therapist, Bear, is included with your approval.  I believe that many of us develop limiting and unhealthy beliefs through no fault of our own and these beliefs can negatively influence or become stuck in our bodies and minds. It is my intention to help you re-boot and refresh your mind. Through the use of the most progressive and effective techniques, namely Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), we can challenge and integrate these beliefs into our story rather than allow them to remain as a barrier to living the happy life we all deserve. My gentle, co-creative style will help to support and nurture your healthy-happy life journey.
